About us
We loved doing what we do

We just love taking photographs! Robs wife Pauline and daughter Michelle have said that ever since Rob can remember he has loved the still image. A picture that catches a split second of time can be so powerful whether it be of one of your own family or of some world changing event. More than anything though Rob believes that pictures do, as the old song says' "paint a thousand words" and can speak of love, loss, tenderness, happiness, sadness, and more. So many emotions often tied together in bundles that even a thousand words could not convey can be held within a rectangular frame that the photographer has cropped out of real life.

Each and every picture is a tiny view of the world, your world, a world full of life and happiness, of family and love, of babies and children, of Mums and Dads, Brothers and Sisters. Of special occasions, birthdays and Christenings, Weddings and Parties, of visits to the beach, of holidays and special celebrations. Our wonderful job has been to capture these moments so that you can treasure them forever.

Rob was a Licentiate member of both the BIPP (British Institute of Professional Photographers) and the MPA (Master Photographers Association) and has over many years had the honour of winning several awards in the local South West Region competitions. In 2014 he won the BIPP South West Region Wedding Photographer of the Year award plus 6 other awards in the Portraits and the Pets categories and has previously won a Bronze Award plus several others in the Portraits and the Pets categories.

Very sadly due to the impact of the Covid Pandemic Rob and family had to close the Studio down in the middle of 2020 ending a era of wonderful memories, mostly now, all captured forever by the amazing people Rob, Pauline and Gizzymodo Super Dog had to the privilege to meet over all those years.
